Iran is willing to restart nuclear negotiations with Washington as long as it is treated with "respect" and "honor", Iran's top diplomat has declared.

The Iranian diplomat stated solely negotiations was effective, and shared new appeals had come from go-betweens to reopen discussions with the US government.
